Hello!  As promised, I have posted the necessary volunteer positions for all 3 days of conference.  Many of these roles need to be filled for the whole day, however, we as volunteers can split among ourselves.  IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK A DAY/TIME, please go ahead and sign up and we can divide the shift as necessary on the backend.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE AGE GROUP PARENTS AT THE CONFERENCE MEET!  The swimmers need to make it to the magical Clerk of Course Tent hosted by our very own Greg House where they will be escorted to their lane.

If your child is diving and/or swimming in the conference meet, you as a parent/or a representative from your family is expected to help at the tent/volunteer in some capacity unless other arrangements with myself or another parent that will be in your place.  

PLEASE FOCUS ON SUNDAY (DIVERS), MONDAY AND TUESDAY (SWIMMERS) FIRST!  If you want to grab a spot for finals on Wednesday, feel free to do so, however, finals day swimmers' parents/rep must volunteer, and we will complete these after prelims.

I plan to clean up/standardize the format at a later time, but wanted to let you know the requirements ASAP!
