Swimtopia Mobile App (Make sure you have created an account) 

⁃ Login to your account (use the same email & password as you did when registering you athlete) 

⁃ Click on the GREENBRIER @ HARTLAND SWIM MEET — (Pay attention as dive and swim our separate events)

⁃ Your athletes will automatically be listed as UNDECLARED for the attendance 

1. Click on Meet Sign up 

2. Then click edit in the GREEN box 

3. Use the dropdown menu to either click “Not attending this meet” or “Attending this meet” 

4. Then click save!!!! 

5. Afterwards you should be able to see on the home page your athlete is attending or not attending! 

The athletes marked attending will be the athletes ENTERED in the meet. 

⁃ All meets are posted if you want to sign your athlete in or out for the whole season including conference!!!!
